I am new at this so how can I put pictures up from my phone and with the sump tank fish tank it's little bit over 300gal. If I take 25gals water out every 2 weeks is that a big enough water change for the sizes of my tank

You will get a thousand answers on this. Personally I do ten percent every week. For you it would be thirty gallons. Some folks will do twenty % every two weeks which is 60 gallons for you.
Sometimes I will go up to 15 but not more than that depending. Some guys don't do any. Read your test and watch your tank if your parameters are getting out of wack then do it more often. But don't do more than 25 or thirty percent unless it's a emergency
Hope this helps

The answer to this question will require a bit more information IMO....what is in the tank, what do you want to keep in the tank, how long has it been up and cycled, and what are your tested parameters? Easier to help with suggestions with this info.
