I have 2 radion xr30 gen 3 pros, I checked my par today with seneye. All sps look good and growing except hulk Acro which looks less full. I have had these 4-5 months. I increased lighting today but how frequently should I check and increase to get my par up?

I would adjust once a week, around 5-10% increase and watch closely how they do. Most SPS corals do very well in the 200-250 par range.

Those numbers are all too low for those corals but you know that.

I personally feel you can bring it up much faster.

I would say get the miyagi tort and the garf bonsai to 250-300 and they will really take off.
