I found this post on Facebook. Thought it was unusual. Any suggestion how I should tag this.

 
That rule has never worked, people use this silly rule to justify putting a small tang into a 20 gallon tank because its less than 2 inches. It doesn't work in freshwater, and works even less in saltwater.

Tank size, rockwork, and filtration capabilities are the main influences on how many fish you can keep.

where else would one go? Fox news? ;)
I don't watch any news so I would refer to these two. I have confidence I would get better advise from them than FB or the media
