Does anyone know how to get into contact with someone from reefcleaners? The site contact, when I submit a question/request either never gets answered or takes a couple of weeks before I get an answer. I would like to purchase a cuc, but for some reason I keep getting this error about no shipping method is available for this item. Of course there isn't one available because it's included in the price. And it won't let me go any further. I can't order, just leave it in my cart. I really would like to order from these guys but I'm in need soon. So, if I don't hear anything soon I might have to take my business elsewhere.
