How to make a 40% Sodium Silicate solution

I have 250 grams of Sodium Silicate Anhydrous. How much 40% solution will I be able to create.

Thanks I think next time I will just order water glass already made. This is in preparation for Dino battles. I don’t have my Hanna Silicate tester yet but I made one dose of 1/4 the recommended dose for 480 gallons of water, The Hanna ULR tester stated showing increasing phosphate levels from running almost 0.003 to 0.100 to now over range. Yet Salifert is still showing 0.0. Is this Silicate interference and which one do I trust.
