Well after more than 2 hours of trying, all that I can get is the red lights blinking - Lord only knows what that means??? When the red lights dont blink, the pump is off. I guess my best option is to box them all back up and return them and get my hard earned money back

Assure gyre wheels Are free spinning and that connectors are properly connected

Well I am 4 hours into trying to set up a second controller. I sent a private message to @Jeff@coralview - no response. I started this thread yesterday and the only response is send an email?????? I really miss the days when you bought something and they gave you info. to get it going. Not you guys, I have been on a wild goose chase all over the web trying to piece together bits of info. in an attempt to get this garbage running. You guys dont even post a support phone # to get a little help or ask a question. I am SOOOO SORRY I bought an Ice Cap.

Sorry to read you are frustrated with this. All you have to due is contact the support department. Jeff would refer you to that as well. I think many companies have modernized their customer service these days and sending an email to start the discussion is just the start of it. I hope you get things resolved shortly

I have watched videos, submitted a ticket, emailed Carlos, gone through trouble-shooting and neither of my wave engines work as they should. I have spent over 10 hours and $650 on these controllers and pumps. All I get error is error lights (which after searching the whole web I have no idea how to correct) they dont respond, and cant stay connected. I have gotten 19 error notifications by text since Friday. Also the user interface on the app. is terrible and should be made more user friendly.

So instead of being able to open the app. and adjust my pumps. I have to open the app, find the controller in the app., go into the wifi settings, have it reconnect to wifi, wait for all of the processes that it needs to connect, then I have to wait for it to re-boot, and then maybe it will let me adjust my pump - WHAT A PAIN!!! And I have to do this every time I want to make any adjustment
