I.D. please

Well I bought this coral from a friend that was getting out of the hobby yesterday and he didn't know what this was called and neither do I so I'm hopping someone can help me out! When it was in his tank it had tentacles that were out and flowing. Any ideas?

That is a gonipora. Also know as a flower pot coral

Looks to be in rough shape as it usually has tentacles extended 4 or 5 inches

Very possible it is still acclimating as I see nice polyps beginning to extend :)

Yeah I just put it in the tank he was fine in my friends tank he's just getting used to mine

Should be ok in a few days. Normally a sign of their health is the polyp extension.
