I’m seeing some signs of flukes. Definitely an external parasite of some kind. Best treatment is to do dips and quarantine, running cupramine (or PraziPro for flukes).

I think I'm seeing flukes, I'd run prazipro first, it's easy, intake treatment and has no affects of corals and most inverts. I have dosed more than directed with no issues to any inverts or wrasses. BTW twining! Have had mine for just about 3 years now.

He is swimming around nipping at the rocks and looks healthy is just that I don’t now what is that white spots

Just hit full dose copper today in qt.

If you plan to run a prazi treatment, Ensure you have a lot of aeration. I keep an extra 3-in bubble disc in every QT tank.

Yup it's a in tank treatment. Easy to use. Kill skimmer, carbon and uv for 72 hours. Directions are in the bottles. I'd do 2-3 treatments.

Yes, usually reef safe, but don't overdose. Know your actual water volume. Or slightly underdose at best.
