I'm currently running a 65gal mixed reef, with plans to either upgrade or start a 2nd tank. As a result, my tank has way too many magnetic frag racks. Since the tank is already established, I'll "build" it in bits and pieces pictures here.

But first, specs.

65gal glass tank on a generic black stand, 36"x 18"
Skimmer: Reef Octopus 110INT
Pump: Aqueon Quietflow AC600
Lights: 4-bulb T5 (2x ATI Blue+ 2x ATI Aquablue Special)
Movement: Hydor Koralia 600

To start with, a couple of RAP acquisitions. The rack they're on, which you'll see more of as we go, allows water to flow through.

Not going to lie, I completely forgot about this thread. I left the reef industry and began a new career in teaching soon after this thread began.

My 65 reef is thriving, the racks are gone. There's a 60gal tank that works as something of a coral and fish nursery for tiny new arrivals and frags made while working in the 65. I also set up a 120gal FOWLR 2 years ago, which I'm likely taking down next month.

Well you could always post a current pic and explain your setup:)

A relatively recent acquisition, a VERY cool Leptoseris oddball. #reef2reef #worldwidecorals #mywwccontest
