It doesn't look concerning to me. I would watch the seams and bubbles to see if they get bigger. If they do get noticeably bigger, then I would recommend that you replace the tank.

They look fine to me...
Take a picture of the seam once per month and compare to see if they are getting worse.

If they're 'failing', it's not going to be like a dam giving way... You have a rimmed tank, so it'll be much less dramatic.
You could re-silicone it yourself, which isn't that hard or complicated. $10 vs $85...

Personally, I would take some photos as a baseline and then monitor. If you see it getting worse, then replace the tank.

If there's a problem, it likely won't "burst", but it may leak...

As for the warranty, if you contact the manufacturer and have your proof of purchase/receipt, they will be able to walk you thru the process.

You might look into getting a 20 gallon tote (Rubbermaid or Sterilite are food safe/fish safe) to use if the tank fails. I have a couple and they are a good investment :)

This is why I bought a new tank. At least your tank will be more budget friendly than mine.

If the bubbles are indeed new, I'd get a new tank and transfer everything. I hate worrying about seam failures.

You've some options:
1- some said that the warranty is still valid, so I would try to contact the manufacturer and see their opinion;
2- if you are really worried you could look to buy a new tank, people said that is quite cheap in US (I can't give an opinion on that, tanks are expensive here - tanks as large as 29 gallons are about BRL 350-500, minimum wage is BRL 1500) so you might want to buy a new one.

it is possible but frankly it's more effort than it's worth unless you have a very large, custom tank. I'd just buy a new one during one of petco's $1 per gallon sale.

or do both.....buy replacement tank and go after the warranty. 99% sure that the vendor will just refund as shipping alone will outweigh the cost of the tanks wholesale value.
