Does ich scale with the size of the fish for example I have a 1 inch purple tang covered in white spots around her head that are fairly small but looks like ich just smaller, so would the ich white spots appear smaller on a smaller fish or are they universally the same size?

Wasn’t asking for a I’d for the fish specifically, was just wondering if ich has different sizes based on the size of the fish. Like would a one foot hippo tang have the same size white spots as a 2 inch one wouldNeed to post pictures taken in white light and water parameters.
