Is this ich or what could it be? He is swimming fine and hasn't had any behavioral change

The pic is a little blurry. Are those just little bumps on the fishes skin or does it look like a lot of slime or skin peeling off.
My powder brown had little bumps all over his body when I got it. It was from ich. The white spots had gone away and the bumps were irritation on the skin. He went straight into QT. After a couple days the white spots came. I treated him with hypo salinity for a month and he was fine.
Brook is a whole different issue though, fortunately I've never had to deal with that.

This picture is a little too blurry to see much of anything useful. Can you get a closer, clear picture?

Must just be stress, he's doing perfectly fine and seeing less bumps.

I highly doubt that it is just stress. I've had a PBT for 7 or eight years and he's never looked like that. Doesn't really look like ich either (which pbt a highly prone to), but I agree that a better pic would help.

I have a tang with something I thought was ick not sure he had it when I got him and he is now trying to die on me I have lost 5 fish to this does anyone know what this is?

@lewis.maryann08 That looks like the aftereffects of Marine Velvet Disease or Brooklynella; with possibly a secondary bacterial infection thrown in on top. You need to QT all surviving fish ASAP to deal with this: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/how-to-quarantine.189815/. This is not something you will be able to treat for in a reef environment, due to the medications (copper, antibiotics) you will need to use.
