ICP Aquaforest

Hi guys. Did anyone experience bad Customer service from aquaforest?
I send the tes vial at 18 june via express which it cost me 3times than the test itself. The tracking said its arrive at local customs office at 29june. After a week its no movement i contact the aquaforest and they reply right after and sait its arrive at local post office and will handle it. And until now after a week AF said it arrived at local post office thy didnt even update me a single word. And i try contact AF since saturday and not even single mail they respond. And almost a month since i send the test vial sample and AF like doesn't care with me asked for update aor follow up.
Didnt know where i should contact for this case. Because they not respond any email.

Does the test result still valid even its takes a month from sample collected?
Also did you have other company who can do test ICP with better customer service? I rather buy it from overseas and send it back and have the good CS compare with my experience with AF now.

I have never used aquaforest's ICP test, but I can highly recommend Oceamo if you don't mind shipping to Austria. Alternatively I can recommend ATI. I think they have laboratories in Germany and North America. I never had to reach out to ATI's customer service, but I can promise that Oceamo's customer service is top tier: Christoph from Oceamo is an active and well respected member of Reef2Reef

Will try that next time. I think the shipping cost to polish or austria or other Europe will not much different. Its Joke when customer service didnt even respon even single word. I try multiple platform and still nothing. For pretty big brand its Another level of joke for me.

I would contact your credit card company and ask them to reverse the charge since you didn't receive what you paid for, and the results are useless after a month (or almost useless)

While I wish there was more quality competition, getting a reliable result probably comes down to either Fauna Marin or Oceamo ICP.

The rest might save you same bucks here and there but I wonder if this misses the point of what we are trying to do with an ICP.

I’d personally go for a domestic company that can get you your results in good time and are still valid. I’d put that above anything else. Not to diminish any individual company it’s more logistics and practicality.
