The last time I sent in an ICP-Analysis.com water sample, I sent it via USPS for a few dollars. It took a couple of weeks to get the results back since I shipped it USPS. I know they recommend UPS shipping and planned on doing it that way.

How many of you have shipped via UPS and what was your cost to ship it? I ran a cost calculator on UPS' website and it said for UPS ground, it would cost me around $11 (!!) from Michigan. Seems like a lot for a tiny little box.

I do want my results back quickly since I cannot figure out why some of my corals are looking crummy, yet all other water params are fine.

If you did sent via UPS, did you get your results back faster than by going the USPS route?

Thanks!

I use USPS too, but I select priority mail and use a small flat rate box. It gets you there in 1 to 3 days and it has a flat rate of $7.95.

You can check what all the rate options are and buy it online with discounts (sometimes) using PayPal shipping, but you do have to have a PayPal account.
