Ball anemone
The spherical tips is usually an indicator of ball nems, but in this case, given the white spotting on the tentacles, I'm inclined to think it's an LPS coral of some sort:
Looks like it has little ball-shaped tips on the tentacles, and it looks like the tentacles are speckled and transparent, so that would indicate a coral to me. Lots of LPS corals have those characteristics, so I'd guess one of those (it'll likely have a skeleton hidden in there somewhere).

Unfortunately, coral ID is a weak point of mine at the moment, so I'm not sure what kind it is.
For examples, Cladocora and Phyllangia (Tube and Hidden Cup Corals) have tentacles like this.
