This looks like it could possibly be a Acropora Flatworm (Amakusaplana acroporae sp) it's hard to tell with the photos but if you have any acros in your tank keep an eye on them for these guys. If you do find them on any corals I would recommend doing a coral dip. - Anna

Does it have a shell that kinda looks alike a little "potato bug"? If so, likely a chiton. Otherwise ists hard to saw without more photos.
