I bought this as a green toad stool but it has never had polyps. It’s been in my system for 9 months and has tripled in size. I’m just wondering if it’s a different variety of leather? Picture #1 is a frag I took off it about 2 months ago, with polyps!!

Do you know if it common for them to not have visible polyps? Or am I not providing something for it?

Left toadstool- right devils

Devils hands typically have polyps.

Devil's hand, here is a pic of mine it took 6 months to get polyp extension.

Are devil's hand similar to toad stools? If so, they love lots of light and higher areas in the system. Also low to moderate flow.
