Found this in my 7 g mantis shrimp dedicated oddity tank with live rock. Also has a few snails in there. Eunicid worm? Threat for the mantis shrimp?

Looks more like a Bristle Worm. The worm has been in there along time. The Mantis is probably only vulnerable during a molt.
You can trap it with bait inside a knee high stocking. You could get an Arrow Crab to eat it.
If it were mine I would leave it be. He is pretty cool.

Yes, you can tell by the long antenna by the head. He's big!
