Acans are LPS. LPS have large polyps and you can't see the hard bass structure. SPS have small polyps and you can see the hard base structure.

The tank is three weeks old on Sunday , but I bought it as an already running tank and moved from clear lake to Conroe , it seems to be doing well , the little Acan I bought last week. I did change the trickle wet/dry sump to the Eshopps R200 with refugium when I set it back up at my house.

Very nice, Look at what you are feeding. Try to cut the amino acids and the richness of the food until the bio load get established. Acan like dirty water so find that happy place.

Thanks , I feed fish once a day there 6 fish in tank , I do feed the corals two times a week with coral frenzy and I also add coral fuel twice a week try and stager the frenzy and fuel by a couple of days. Does this feeding schedule seem ok , I also run lights at 11 hours a day with 30 min. Sunrise and a 30 min. Sunset with 6 hours of moon light.
