I would guess most of us have that one fish that is always looking at you. Maybe swims near when you pass by.

What do you think they would say if they could talk?

Mine...

“Put some pants on...”

ROFL!!! Most of my fish would simply say "feed me", however my puffers are a different story - they are always watching although I have yet to figure out what they are thinking (it is probably just as well that I don't know!). o_O

My valentini has as much personality as our dogs. I truly think he’d say “get me out of here, away from all these “other” fish! I’m human too, you know!” He watches me do maintenance like he understands what I’m doing. “Hey man, you missed a spot!”

Actually I’m early in my build and only have 5 pajama cardinals, a blenny and 5 different Tangs...and I think they say...
pajama cardinal - ahhhh what?
Blenny - hey dufus this is my rock!
Tangs - get outta herrrrrreeee!!

Turn these dang gyres off!!!

Haha!!! Not sure they think that but I think it all the time!!! But noooooo the almighty reef learned say “there must be flow..and there was flow...and then we rest!!

Haha yess!

Tail Spot Blenny back to me:

“I concede that point but if the liquid is flowing through a pipe, the area is A = πr2, where r is the radius of the pipe. For a rectangle, the area is ‘A = wh’ where w is the width, and h is the height. The flow rate can be measured in meters cubed per second (m3/s), or in liters per second (L/s) ... or did you forget?? Must I do *everything* around here?!”

Probably be about as annoying as these guys...all they care about is food.

Put some pants on? Bahahahah!!!

Mine would demand more food. Always wanting more food. My cleaner shrimp puts on an invitational dance for me ever since my bigger fish died and he has no one else left to clean. I indulge him occasionally. Best get him more fish to clean
