Hello
I'm planning on setting up a new tank.
Dimensions are 50 by 50 and 70cm tall.
Does anyone have an experience with the blaze mini and if so do you think it is appropriate for my tank size. Mainly planning on keeping softies and eupphilia coral and maybe some low light sps. (Messed up the spelling on eupphilia).

I have two Blaze X 90s (36 inch fixtures) and they're absolutely fantastic.

The Blaze X mini is right at 24 inches long which should cover just fine. That version should have 2 led pucks. They are powerful and you can always add others.

Illumagic Blaze would be great for any corals.

Thank you sooooo much you don't understand how helpful that is. Do you think one should do.
Glad to help! I think one should be fine until you get to adding a lot of corals. Two would be excellent because you could angle them by placing them in the font and back and angle toward each end. I'll show you how I do it below.

If you get one, post a Pic of it over your tab I'd like to see the actual size as compared to your tank. One might do just fine, they're powerful. Take a look at the video below too.

Here is my Blaze X 90s. The Mini has 2 of these pucks where the 90 has 9 of them. You can see how I used two to angle toward the front and back for coverage.

Here is the video of the Blaze Mini from Reef Builders. It's over a big tank, but should give you an idea.
