its still on my list to hook up. been trying to figure out how to hang it. only got as far as screwing the power block into the cabinet.

need to hang it from the HMS bracket. the stairs wrap around this so the ceiling is ~15 feet above. there's a balcony up there but I don't want to mount it with an extension there to get it over the tank. all these light only seem to have rimless mounting options. the screws for the light I could slide on the track kiddie corner but think it would look odd.

the light really makes a big difference. the tank water looks so clear. I still need to dive into the programs for the light. I think it's in the sun/moon sync mode. the nems really seem to like it with a little moon glow.

Top down view. this is why I want the HMS rain. I do not want to run hanging wires from ceiling or trying to run from balcony above. I had thought of the Amazonas mounted to the balcony too but that would be like 6-7 feet above the sand.
