Is collecting allowed anywhere in the Indian ocean?

yeah just not heavily collected-maldives and sri lanka are two larger ones

yup...not that much coming out of the Indian Ocean relative to the Pacific ....however, my friend just got cleared to open up a marine aqua-culture operation in Sri Lanka (Calfo mentioned it in his first edition of his Journal, I believe)....some big things are a brewing in that area of the world....sit tight guys! :)
