I'm installing a RO/DI water storage and mixing station in the basement and am using copper pipe and fittings , I will be soldering using lead free solder and Flux to join.
Not thinking about the adverse effects of copper i already started this and now will need to run the water for several hours to season the system. Can anyone tell me how long to let the water run, the type of test kit to use, will the DI resin catch it or if polly pads need to be used and will be adequate.
