Internal parasite?

Have treated the tank for flukes as the other fish have had them lately but have cleared out. Now I noticed the clownfish has been having long stringy white poop every few days. Just wondering if it’s an internal parasite or something else.
Looking at the consistency of feces, I suspect with good body mass, its excess mucus in the stomach lining and likely occurs when feeding heavy fatty foods such as mysis or brine shrimp combo and occurring periodically rather than constant which would be then coccidea

Yes. I alternate frozen brine shrimp and New Life Marin pellets every other day. Today was frozen brine.

Add to diet, flakes and LRS fish frenzy, you will see change in color and consistency of feces

New Life Spectrum? I feed the clown in my office tank that and brine and never see mucus feces.

Yes. New Life Spectrum and froze brine.

That won’t cause this.
