Internal parasites ?

Hi All
8 days ago we purchased and 2" Lemon Peel Mimic tang from a quarantined ( Hypo and copper) LFS.
Been feeding 3 to 4 times a day little and often with Calanus, Live & Frozen Mysis, Flake food. Has yet to take the algae strip. Ate vigorously paced a little the first few days but calmed down. Today we get home from work and her belly is pinched in as if she hasn't eaten at all, she didn't look like this when she was fed at lunch time. Tonight she won't eat and looks weak not swimming around just slowly up and down in a corner.
Her poo has been white the whole 8 days and liquid, not formed, the mysis also comes out undigested,

Should we worm her or is something else going on ? Just been reading about Cyanide.
There are 2 neon Gobys in with her and they are fine.

We have Metroplex, Prazi pro and Fluke solve ( similar too Prazi) Prazi and Fluke solve ( de wormer) can both go in the display.
Tonight is a rapid decline.

@Humblefish @melypr1985 It sounds like a worm, but these guys know better then me, I got lost my pair of clowns from possibly a parasite. Best pf luck.

I would dose the QT with Metroplex and also start soaking her food with it.

Agreed. Metroplex in both since it isn't wanting to eat. But if it decides to eat, then the food will be medicated and help faster.
