Hit or miss. My experience is - The photos are more heavily edited than other mainstream players, the frags are absolutely tiny, you dont always get what you order, and dont even think about skipping QT or dipping.

With that said, prices are cheap and you (mostly) get what you order. I dont regret ordering, but I also wont be ordering again though

Do their coral or anemones arrive dead? Cause that’s what I want to know the most?

That being said they do have nice things

My experience below. Mine isn't an isolated incident. Searching here will be bring up others. I think once upon a time they were good but liveaquaria used to be great also.

EDIT: I got a free aiptasia that arrived on a gaping clam that perished in less than 24hrs.
I never did receive the refund replacement I was promised.

They are fine. I’ve never really had an issue. Seem pretty comparable to any other coral place I order from. I’m on the east coast so I find I don’t have as much luck with any of the shops out west so I’ve gravitated to other shops but I certainly wouldn’t discourage anyone from ordering from them.

I have heard the stuff in the store is nice but the stuff they sell online is lower grade / health items that they wouldn’t be able to sell in the store.

I had a negative experience wit them. My coral arrived alive but out of 4 wysiwyg frags, the 4 items I received, none were correct, they were much much lower grade, pale and never recovered color, and they had hair algae and aiptasia.

They did refund me but it was a hassle.

I ordered from them in the past and had no issues. But where is there is smoke there is fire. Next order will come from riptide, prices look great and the store is local to me.

You would be better off from online with shops like SBB Corals, TCK Corals, Whitlyn Aquatics is a good local to deal with.
