Is it dead?

Cant really tell white lights are better but it seems like its not. Left side looks good but right side looks weird. Can you get a white light pic.
 
You don't have to. I'll keep it in there so you wont stress the other head. Once it grows it will cover the empty skeleton.
 
So the other side obviously won't come back. Should I remove it from my tank?
Not necessary, it will come back if you have stable water parameter. I lost a few heads due to injuries and rough rubbing from clown fish. That head died, but slowly grew back.
