Yesterday I was cleaning my tank and my Firefish decided to jump out of the tank. I got him in the tank pretty quick and now he has been just hanging out there and not moving much. Is he a goner?

He may make a comeback if you got him in quickly. Could still be PTSD he has to get over.

How long was he out of the tank?

Likely he is a nervous wreck because he is a firefish. He is likely just scared and adjusting to all of the terrible threats this world has to offer and will recover. Mine has carpet surfed for over 2 minutes and recovered
