I have a milwaukee sms510 that I got last March to control my ozonizer. I check it about every 3 months the last time being 2 months ago & it was reading 400 like it was supposed to. In the last 2 weeks I can't keep my orp over about 300 & the ozonizer will run for hours on end. I have cleaned the probe & the ozonizer bulb. It is def. making ozone.
Nothing in my tank has changed except I did get a few frags several weeks ago. ( I have some orp testing liquid coming next week) the only thing I can think of that might be affecting it is that the a/c is now running during the day almost nonstop Could that be affecting the tank? Have turned off the ozonizer for now because if it is a false reading I don't want to fry anything. It's a mobile home so not worried about "air tight house" tank related problems. do you all think the probe is just going bad? or any other ideas?
