I’ve had this fish for about two years now and two days ago he started swimming weird. Yesterday I didn’t see him eat either. Is there anything I can do for him I don’t have a hospital tank set up to move him into. All other fish in the tank are acting normal.

When did you add the yellow tang? Looks like it is harassing your wrasse. Is this new behavior?
Yellow tang has been in there about 6 months he is def the boss of the tank. It is new behavior tho towards that wrasse I’m guessing he’s sensing weakness.

The YT is probably stressing the wrasse to death, if not outright injuring him. I don't know of any solution other than getting one of the fish out of the tank. Maybe someone else does.
