Is this an upgrade?

Hi all..... for those that saw my post from a few days ago, I appreciate the responses. I’m still trying to make a decision on upgrading my lights on a 75g, 4 foot tank. I’m trying to keep it relatively simple (and esthetically pleasing for the wife) and so I want to understand if this is a significant upgrade:
current lighting: Current Orbit IC Pro ( 2 led light strips at 48”)
proposed new: 2 x AI Prime HD16

I’m targeting softies and LPS mainly. Maybe I’ll get to SPS one day. So is this upgrade enough? Or is this still not enough and I should set might sight higher?
