Is this glue safe?

Is the Loctite Super Glue Gel safe to use in my tank? I plan on plugging the hole from my Fluval Evo 13.5 that goes to the 2nd chamber and want to make sure i'm positive its safe to use. The only ingredients I can see is Cyanoacrylate.

if it is pure Cyanoacrylate, yes.

I would say yes, label says cyanoacrylate. I use loctite gel super glue in the larger squeeze bottle all the time.
