Yes it looks like it’s on it’s fins but my two cleaner shrimp are cleaning them a lot do you think that will help

no it wont, i suggest you either remove it from the tank asap or start dosing asap before the ich gets more time to reproduce

Hard to tell from the photo but the one with tail fin showing it almost looks like it’s bacterial.
