I woke up this morning and noticed this on my clown fish, I have a cleaner shrimp 8 snails, 1 sand sifting guppy, 1 emerald crab & some corals

Looks like brook to me. Is it still eating? I would get into quarantine ASAP and start soaking food in garlic.

Believe Believe my scooter Scott's fairy wrasse had this, lost colour to it and unfortunately passed away over over night.did a FW Dip but didn't appear to have any effect hope your clownfish survives.

Looks like brook to me.
You are going to have to move all fish into qt ASAP and treat with formalin (ruby reef rally pro contains it). Freshwater dip before getting them to qt can alleviate the symptoms. At this point the clown is looking bad, brook kills fast. Tank will have to remain fallow for 6 weeks.

I'm going to disagree with the consensus here that this is Brooklynella. This is a dark clown and so it is going to show mucus much more clearly. I think this is a severe case of ich. The reasons I conclude that is the fish has distinct spots, it isn't clamping its fins and is still eating. With velvet or brook, you would see shimmying, clamped fins, rapid breathing and not eating much sooner.

That said, if you can CONFIRM that this fish had no spots earlier in the week (and that you didn't just miss a sprinkling of fine spots) then I would revise my diagnosis.....

It is going to be tough to treat this fish (and you may need to treat the goby as well). your options would all include having a second treatment tank: copper, hyposalinity or tank transfer method.
