Is this is the start of bubble algae

A picture in white lights will help, its very hard to see what those balls could be

It looks leafy and has the bubbles i see develop on ulva algae. Bubble algae i notice is usually more clumped

sir, that is just white bubbles. Bubble algae will be straight up green solid bubble.

You're right, just took a brush to them. They floated away
