what is this little guy? Sorry about the pictures...
It's a white worm with 6 to 8 little fronds in the front that push food particles into its body maybe an inch long

Maybe look up Sea Cucumber... the Synaptidae.

Cukes are great. He's looking for a new hole to climb into. They don't usually hang out in the open like that.
