It's Just a Tank

Should I reconsider then?

I don't have any T5s with mine but a lot of people like the T5 addition.

More is almost always better in most people's opinions.

Probably, it would let me add a true actinic bulb. I just don't see the growth I like from led alone. It's missing something.

kind of want to run blue+, purple +, coral+, true actinic.

If I ever build a hood I'll probably do the same - 4 T5s with the 3 140s in the middle, sell the 90 and use the 75 for a "spotlight" for higher PAR on an acro or two.

I'll go with 4 bulbs. I might do 2x blue plus, 1 coral and an actinic.

I have all the stuff I need and 4 T-12 actinic bulbs... going to put those antiques over the frag tank. Hand-bending the reflectors ;)

Leds just don't grow coral like t5. I've had a monti digi and capricornis in my first reef. They were true weeds. I had to prune monthly. Frog spawn went from 1 polyp to 6+ in a year.

Hammers are not growing. Torch is slowly splitting one head. Sps are alright i guess. If miyagi didn't get hit with slow tissue recession, i would have had a better log. That's all down the drain.
