Jebao v eheim return pump

Hi,
I have a 120g. The sump is prob about 30g. I just got an eheim 1262 and it seems too strong. Its bubbling like crazy into the return portion of the sump. It's also very loud entering the overflow. From reading some forums on here I'm wondering if I should return this and get a dc jebao? There is a valve on the output of the return pump that was previously installed but I wasnt sure if that would ware on the pump? I'm not looking for anything expensive just trying to decide between those two. If I should get a jebao then which one? Thank you!

I can attest to the noise level, I have a dcp18000 and I have to put my hand on the pipe to tell of it’s running.

Oh thats amazing!! I just turned my skimmer off and also realized this eheim has a humming noise so its gotta go.

My return pump on my 125g has been a Jebao DCP-10000 for 5 years now with absolutely no maintenance and it runs as good as it always has.
I bought a Neptune Cor pump and then never even hooked it up because my Jebao works well.

Different model years I believe.
They update models and I believe the q is the update for p.

Dcp-6500 going for 2 years zero issues and dead silent. I can’t believe how good these pumps are.

Either one will be fine.
Q is the quieter version supposedly.
Don't know how you can get quieter than silent ;)

Dcq good ! (Same "almost" as dcp)
