When you guys got yours was it encrusted on the plug already. Just got one and it looks like a freshly cut PC and glued to a plug which I'm not to happy about

Mine is in the lower half of my 180 under a 250w radium, medium to high flow

Mine is in about the same place encrusting well and coloring up good haven't had it long but same light as ^ 250 20k radium and 4t5

Looking for some help on my FF acro. I have it pretty low around bottom 3rd in my tank under an ati 8x54w t5 and its having a hard time staying colored up. Ive left it alone and thought it was doing well but must be getting to much light as now it looks like its bleaching a bit and loosing the neon coralites. Anyway the next step would just be to put it on the bottom in some shade. Where are people having some success placing this acro?

I feel like my params have been pretty good. The list below has been pretty stable since the start of the tank which is still very new.
ALk: 7.5-8
Cal: 480 (not dosing until it comes down)
Mg:1410
SL: 1.025
Phos: 0
Nitrate: 5-10 ppm

Here are few pics for reference. The other sps are coming along pretty well you can take a peek at my build thread and progress so far if youd like. Yep This^ I got mine from RMF huge almost 2" this guy knows how to keep customers hit him up well worth the price IMO from him.

Wish mine was that nice. Have not done anything since I got it except turned almost brown
