Jackie did you ever get my pm about the reactor. I did want it still. I was just thanking you not saying no I don't want it.

I'll try to get some pictures up soon for you to.

Oh ok :) I have it here all boxed up and ready to mail. I'll send it first thing Monday. No, I didn't see that message. Sometimes I wind up switching back and forth with the taptalk apps and R2R app. The R2R app doesn't show me everything all the time or I simply miss stuff.

Very NICE trades Joe, the Walt Smith Fiji is a sweet looking Acro and am sure looks much better in person. Also we need another FTS to go along with the End View for your update postings.

Cheers, Todd

Picking up a 7" blue maxima clam Thursday for a whopping $150 cash at a LFS straight in from sea dwelling creatures. Whoop whoop!

Should be a nice addition to the tank.

Adding a fox face to quarantine tank and hopefully a cole or tomini which I didn't spell those right most likely.

WOW! Another great find and deal for your reef Joe, may have to try another Clam in my system now that perams are stable again.

Kole or Yellow Eye Tang
Ctenochaetus strigosus , Kole in Hawaiian means 'Meager' not worth eating... lol

Cheers, Todd

I thought it was a good deal. Need to start adding some fish. Wish I could get three royal blue tangs but price is steep right now.

One good thing is that my LFS said they would let me tag on there order and give me a good deal on fish I would just have to be there to pick it up when it arrives. Not such a bad deal.

I'm sorry to hear that Joe. Are you trying the Tech-M treatment? I've heard and read it was the only way to get rid of it.

How is your reef club doing? I haven't been on the forum a whole lot either lately. Very busy with special projects.

I have started the tech-m treatment going to try to keep Mg levels at 1600 for a week and see if it does anything. People are up and down with the amounts so just going to start lower than 1800..

I just finally checked my stats before dosing. Was off a bit from normal. Need to get dosing pumps going.

Mg was 1560
Ca was 415
Alk 3.6 meq/l

Normal for me is
Mg 1500
Ca 450
Alk 4.45 meq/l

Going to test numbers in a bit just did my dosing.

It doesn't look too bad. But better to get it now before it overtakes the tank.

1800? Wow that's high. I read that high mg will kill your snails. Do you have some other tank that you can put them in for safe keeping?
