Yesterday I put my semi mediocre wood working skills to good use and built a stand for my 20g QT.
Not too bad for my first stand?

Nicely done.
I think it will hold. Lol

I also took advantage of some free time and took the family north to Monterey. The surf was insane with the big storm that rolled in from Alaska. The drive home through Big Sur was awesome, but the highlight was taking my son and wife to the aquarium (first time for all of us).

Well, here's the latest update. Since adding a calcium reactor, things have been on an upswing lately and will hopefully continue on that path? Brought home a bunch of frags that a friend was holding for me during the triton debacle and they've been doing well and growing.
Another friend gave me a bunch of frags that weren't doing well for him, so hopefully I'll be able to return a bunch of frags to him after they grow out. I've also been growing a bunch of aiptasia too(I have a heavy feeding hand), so I added a bunch of tiny berghia's to help out, time will tell if they survive the heavy flow?
I have a couple wrasses in QT, just waiting to match salinity and then they'll join the herd. Picked up a few frags and a second chamber (from a local reefer friend)for the reactor to help bump up the pH. Cleaned up the side panel and mounted all the drivers with 3D printed mounts.
I'm trying to do 15% water changes every two weeks for now, but will adjust as I go along. I also got rid of a few pieces that were taking up a lot of room, joker favia and purple haze monti.

Just read from start finish. Old school is sometimes the best way with years of proven results.
Your whole set is Awesome !
What tank was your 22 gallon? Looked like some kind of all in one.
How did you maintain alk and ca in your 22?

Thanks! It was an Aqua Japan 60, AIO. I used a GHL Doser 2 with 2 part. Half of the sps in that tank started to grow out of the water. It was a lot of fun, but I needed to upgrade before the war over territory got out of hand.

Hopefully I'll have time to give an update soon(albeit a short one), but it will have to wait for now. Juggling two projects and I won't have time off until May.
