Does he even qualify as a reefer?
Right...!
I mean the rest of us have to do all our work on our tanks at night or on the weekends...
His is right in his office... Probably gets to write it off too.

Went to my LFS yesterday to grab a couple things and saw this clam and thought of you.

I so want a clam, but that's off the table till I find out if there are clam predators in the tank. Will be some nightwatches to finger the perp!

The OC swap was great! Smaller than the farmers market but I saw some quality stuff. They had a CB Yellow Tang in the raffle, which I didn't win, but I pulled a @tbrown on a bunch of stuff, Should of bought a Lotto ticket also today. The raffle was interesting in that, you bought a ticket(s) and it just went into a big jar and they pulled a ticket out each time they were giving away a prize. I am used to pooling my tickets on prizes I need. I said I was not going to bring home any corals today and I won two. I also won a Red Sea foundation testing and additive kit with NoPox which I have all that stuff already and I won some Eco-Rock. Four out of my 10 tickets were winners and I just wanted the yellow tang. Poor me... I know...

Nice haul for a frag swap. I'd this an organized group?

I'm kind of digging this zoa garden I made for the Feb POTM. I might just keep it like this. Especially with the plate coral playing centerpiece.

Then there's this from @TangerineSpeedo which is an amazing steel blue! Guess it's a little bit purple here, but looks more blue in person.

Then And Now Series: that biggazz trachy

My trachy has been a joy to watch grow. I love a meaty coral, and this one does not disappoint. Sure @Goaway will appreciate this one. It's actually becoming a problem (good problem) in that moving it is difficult. The rock it is attached to is buried in the sand, and that was done since it is close to the pistol shrimp and I didn't want the pistol shrimp excavating beneath the trachy. Now, the trachy is so large I can't reach around it with my hand to pull it out of the sand and reposition it (hand size joke setup) , which I had to do when the Octospawn started sending out sweepers. Anyway, happy with this guy but no idea where he goes next!

It is a bit flat on the left side, because that is where the gyre flow hits it, but hasn't had any problems so far receding or showing skeleton. He's gonna need more real estate...

Then this is Judy giving me the "So we goin' outside or you just gonna stand there?" expression.

Apologies for the bad shot. Had to zoom in from across the room to catch her expression before she moved.

I've got a lobo, a trachy and a button scoly right now. Missing a full size scoly, a wellso, an acantho (ha!) and, most importantly, a big red cynarina. Half of those require a tank upgrade!
