Kessil H380 light cycle

Hello all,

I have had little success with refugium growth in the past i believe mostly due to low stocking and low powered lighting in the fuge

I now have increased the bio load on the tank and installed a Kessil H380 to run my refugium
I wanted to see if most people were running a reverse light cycle or if most are running their light 24/7

I have always ran my refugium light 24/7 however it seems that my Caulerpa is bleaching out and withering away my chaeto does not show the same effects however i have only been using this light for less than a week now

Looking for some guidance

i do reverse schedule and run the fuge light 9 hours at night.

My h380 is on 24/7 and the cheato filled the fuge super fast compared to my other led black box grow light. The top does bleach a little but only when it's full and at the water line.
