Hello all need some help here please. I am helping a friend setup his lights in his new massive tank length 6 foot height 4 foot width 32 inches. He has Kessil KSW500N I believe 3 of them and he wanted to wire then so he can control them via the apex or even the kessil App. He has a dongle and he has a Signal Converter but we both dont know how to wire it. I have looked on the web and there is very little on this. Any and all help would be great thank you in advance.

They run via DMX.. It's sort of not the "normal" programming type.
So first thing.. Did he buy the unit with the DMX power supply?
I see they have the converter so I'll assume the answer is yes.. (gotta check)
Now you need to sign an address to each one that you (assume) daisy chain.
Looks like it can do 5x 5 so 5 units in a row.. 5 rows..
I assume he'll just do one row.
Looks to default to CH 1 where you will address the 3 units as 1,2,3 connected via K link. Unit 3 should have the terminator circuit turned on.
Note it looks like you cannot go through your router.. Need to basically set up a "Kessil network".

Thank you very much. I’m sure I will message you privately for help if that’s ok. I’m not used to the kessil lights but he needed them because the tanks 4 foot Height (very hard to glue coral).
