KEssil X controller a360we and X

Hello,
I recently bought an A360we and got a good deal on a used A360x that's being shipped to me.
I was wondering if the kessil X controller will be able to control (ramp up and ramp down) both lights? It looks like it has both the Klink and 10V ports.
