Yes you can see the log charts of the Kh in the phone app. Below is a sample of mine.

Did you enable your phone app to pull the charts from the myghl?

This is from my KH director on my new tank which is currently cycling.

My settings are nominal value of 8.3 and adaptive control. I dose 24 x per day of both alk and calc at 6ml per dose. I let the kh director move it up or down for me as needed, but yes if it is continually high I would move the actual dosing pump value down. So on my setup I may move it down to 5ml per dose and then see how it does.

It will give a chart of all the readings and store them for you. I think they are working on some more detailed storage of measurements and adjustments for the future, but the graph works fine. I've had it running a couple months and it's worked perfectly.

Here's what my settings look like...

What are the limits and why all 100 @WWIII

I have them at 100 because it only adjusts 100 percent of 6ml if the alkalinity is off by 1dkh. If it's only off by .5 dkh it adjusts 50%. If off by .1dkh it only adjusts 10%. I started with lower percentages, but realized it was safe (for me at least) to move them to 100%.

If the dkh tests fall outside of my max deviation settings (2 dkh either way I think is how I set it) then the kh director alerts me and doesn't influence the dosing pumps at all. So they would continue to dose my standard 6ml 24x per day. That is until I fixed whatever was going on.

See here, I forgot I changed my settings to be between 7.8 and 8.8 dkh. So if the test falls outside those settings I get an alarm and email alert and the kh director stops influencing the dosers...

What phone app is this? I'm using Ghl connect on android and it doesn't even have the KHD director within the app. I have to either log into the webserver or myghl.

It's the connect app. Have you updated the app? I know it wasn't on the earliest versions. Can't remeber if I had to do anything else to get it to show up, but I think the update was all.

Not at the moment, but it goes from your "always perform test at this time" and divides it equally throughout the day. So 4x with "always perform test at this time" set to 8 am. It will automatically test at 8 am, 2 pm, 8 pm, 2 am.

I have mine set for 6x per day always at 7 am. So 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm, 3am.

Nevermind.. Haven't updated it in a couple of months. The new version is great!

Also, if you have a p4, if you update GCC to the latest version and the p4 fw to 7.14, the connect app has alert features. It will alert for alarms, kh ditector, low fluids, etc...

See below, my vinegar fluid is getting low...

Would like to see a % when testing to get more along the lines of the completion of the test. Some seem to take longer than others.

Also anyone have a lag in the GhL connect?

Sometimes I see the KH and others it’s not their for some reason.

This is just now earlier this AM it was their

So weird I had closed the App and reopened it on my cell.

I Ended the App on the iPad and restarted it on my cell. Had to turn the KH back on did not show up on the new device until I activated it.

At least I think that’s what happened lol
