Klir Filter Issues

Installed a Klir Filter 4 today. The filter advances the fleece with the motor in manual mode, but does not advance automatically. The water level reaches 3" from normal (over 1" above optical sensor) but no joy. Anyone have ideas?

Sorry I'm trying to figure out what is going on. The Klir filter 4 comes in two configurations, one with the ability to self raise and one that doesnt. Are you sure you have all of the connections set properly? Can you post pics of how you have it installed?
