no it has not moved. Its doesn't respond to light. I think what ever it was is no long with us. It also felt a little rubberyHas it moved at all or have you tried to pull it out? Reminds me of the part of a peanut worm you don't normally get to see. Not sure though. I would try to take it out to get better pictures
