Mine neon green nepthea is in higher nutrients and I have to frag often to keep Size in check. I’ll post pic in a bit

I think I might have found my problem, my ATO reservoir TDS was 10... I noticed a leak on the filter I use so some tap water bypasses the filter. YIKES....
